Sitar Arts Center is an afterschool program catered to children and youth in the Adams Morgan community of Washington DC. Sitar Arts Center offers these children the opportunity to study the visual arts and performing arts and for it they rely on supporters and fundraisers. I was honored to have been asked to donate a photograph for help raise funds at their silent auction. The Auction is Thursday October 28 from 7-10pm.
The editing process is an arduous one where I get to filter through hundreds of photographs and decide which ones are the perfect ones! Here is an example: The City Hall in San Francisco- It was a beautiful subject to photograph! The sunshine was amazing.
I have been spending the past days in SFO walking to all the places that I have thought would be great subjects for my photography. Here we see snapshots of the camera viewfinder right after I had taken pictures of the Transamerica Tower, the Bay Bridge and the interior of the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption.
