This historic three-story townhouse was renovated adding a 14’ deep rear addition and a new fourth floor with roof deck. It has a very particular new roof line that begins heavy at the rear and curves upwards as it narrows towards the front street allowing more height at the center of the building. Zinc panels clad the new walls together with the distinctive vertical fenestration and three random ‘picture’ windows at the top. The remaining structure is clad in stucco and the front street elevation remains preserved for its historic value without alterations.

The layout of the house allows an ample open floor plan with interiors featuring natural materials like bamboo floors, stained wood windows and doors, custom kitchen by Valcuccine, rubberized oil-stained steel stairs and railings, ceramic and glass tiles. Wood frame opaque-glass pocket doors allow light to flow between spaces.
