With a 360 degree view spanning from the beach to downtown, sunrise to sunset, and surrounded by a wrap around terrace and planters, this penthouse has a unique layout. Its main space is the breezeway connecting two enclosed spaces: one hosting the bedroom quarters, and the other one the social rooms. On the breezeway we have an outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor living space. The penthouse showcases concrete, limestone, wood and dark tone colors modernist architecture that compose impressive views.
