The Selling Agent asked me to propose two viable ideas on how a potential buyer could renovate this expansive loft into a luxury penthouse condominium. I presented some thematic space planning diagrams and hand made floor plans that helped the client make a decision and speed up their decision process. Even though they did not proceed purchasing this property, the buyers were amazed at the potential this loft could have through this design.  
I tapped into the possibility to bring more light and greenery to the center of the huge space by connecting the living areas to the rooftop by a central  light-well patio. Formalized and structured the social areas and distributed the private areas for a very luxurious and well balanced loft with the privacy of a traditional condominium.
